- Reason: Grown and sold by Blooms of Bressingham in small numbers, but not widely grown although a good plant.
- Verified by: Blooms of Bressingham.
- Description: Clump-forming herbaceous perennial.
- Dimensions: 75cm x 60cm
- Flowers: Double lilac with a yellow centre
- Foliage: Dark green lanceolate leaves.
- Soil: Any moisture-retentive soil.
- Aspect: Full sun or part-shade
- Pests: May be affected by powdery mildew in dry weather.
- Cultivation: Best in a sunny position. Growth may be taller and require staking in shadier spots.
- Propagation: Divide established clumps or take rooted stem cuttings from edge of clump.
